THE ONE WHERE I FRAME CHINA

OK so the house work is done, Sams homework is done, dinner is organised (roast chicken yummmmm) and ive even started on some Christmas Creations, yep i made a list and checked it twice!...PHEW...now i need a strong drink (midori and oj is my choice...hicc hicc) and then a nap, LOL,...ooh and a chockie (no not really, im being very good).
So anyhoo i thought hmm 'bout time i did a lil somethin' just for moi!
I wandered, i looked at all my supplies...i wandered some more, i looked some more...then i found an old gold frame...i painted it white (why of course),

Then i peeked into my stash of pretty paper and found one from a friend that i adore (Thankyou Noele)...then hmm what to do with it now...I KNOW!!

..So i grabbed a few old rose plates and my trusty assistant..."Sam come here, which one looks better buddy ???"
This is the one he chose. I thought maybe 2 plates...but Sam said NO! LOL.

is the kid brilliant or what?

So then i put them all together with a lil help from my friend Mr Liquid Nails...
and
TADAAAA!!!

***SQUEEL***

i love it ! It's simple and sweet and its just for me.

No doubt Shane will look at it and say "Great more crap".
He's pretty good most of the time, living amongst all the pink, but sometimes he just doesnt get it. And i think a plate in a frame will be all too much for him to deal with! LOL. He may need a midori and oj as well. THATS IF THERES ANY LEFT..*GIGGLE GIGGLE HICC*

Back in a few days with THE BIG SECRET !!!!
Im sorry its taking so long...its worth it but! Wait and see!

Lotsa Pink Kisses

Hi Shann,
What a great idea! Shane sounds so much like my hubby, but it's normally the christmas decorations that he is talking about, I try to keep the pink at a minimum here, but it's starting to appear slowly maybe he won't notice until it is too late. LOL
Cheers Linda

Shannon, what a great post. Of course how could it be anything else? If there are roses and it's pink, IT'S PERFECT. I'm so glad we agree. Just love your blog.

If any china can avoid getting cut up for mosaics in my house, I'll be sure to give your idea a try. Tres Chic!

I'm a Cosmopolitan Girl myself. They are so YUMMY! Isn't cranberry juice good for the urinary tract?
