Can my Kitty Catt have some prayers please???

**** UPDATE ON MY KITTY CATT ****
My Scampy is home today and doing great THANKGOODNESS.I am soooo glad to have him home again and he is getting lotsa cuddles. Thankyou so much all my lovely bloggin gal friends who left such sweet and thoughtful messages for us. My cup runneth over big time xxoo.

Today i am an absolute wreck, i cant stop crying.I have rushed my Lil Scampy off to the Vet this morning. He has a Blockage in his urinary tract and was in alot of pain. I noticed right away that something was wrong with him so i raced him to the vets. Lucky i did apparantly. The vet said i was to be commended for knowing my cat so well to notice his behaviour was different.That didnt stop me crying my eyes out but. My poor lil Scampy will have to stay there for a few days and i will miss him so much. I know he will frett for me too which makes me worry about him even more. I hate to think of him wondering where i am and being in pain. I do have 3 other cats to cuddle up to but my Scampy is my bed time buddy and my shadow, it will be so weird without him following me around.
So if you could just add a little prayer in for him i would truly appreciate it. Our animals are our family arent they. When they hurt, we hurt. Just like our children.

Ok i gotta go, cant see through the tears anymore.

THANKYOU
Love Shann xxoo

Oh Shannon, I felt so sad when I read this! Poor you, and poor Scampy. I am hoping that everything is ok, which I am sure it will be. You did the right thing and the Vet will look after him!

Shannon, Oh sweetheart i know how you feel. Kitty had been sick 3 times and was gone almost a week once and I ried every minute it seemed. I'd think I'd hear her and everything, and when gone she refuses to eat. Can you take your baby a blankie from home? I do so she has our home smell! How you darling will be ok. do the other kitties notice him gone/ All my Love, Lori

So glad your baby is back home. My Muff had the same thing happen to him last summer. Very scary. Now he is on a special diet food ~ Hill's Science Diet CD. No more urinary blockages, thank goodness.

Now, when you get a chance come read my blog & I might just give Scampy a new playmate!!! :0)

Hugs,

Shannon, I'm so sorry to hear about your sweet Scampy! Hope Scampy will be well soon.
Years ago something like this happened to my male cat Mav..he had to have surgery almost $1000. in vets bills at the time I was paying for my daughters wedding.. but we loved him & it had to be done. Mav did great after the surgery and he had a full recovery.
So I wish you both the very best. take care! Hang in there ~Mary~:-}

Hi Shannon ~ I just read about your Scampy. I do hope he is feeling better really soon. Yes, I doooo understand about loving our pets like they are our children. They ARE family and they love us back and give us such joy. To ignore them would be cruel. Hope all is well, xo, Becky
