Time to go to Hospital....

This is my last entry for a week or so. Sam is going into hospital on Thursday morning for more surgery on his right foot, so we will be there for a few days. I get to sleep at the hospital with him thank goodness. He is going to be in plaster for 6-8 weeks with it right up above his knee in a bent position so he cant walk and put pressure on it. Oh boy. It will take some time to work out how we will get around with the average every day things he does. If you want to know how he is going and how the operation went you can visit my mums blog @ Colls Garden, she's over there in my Gorgeous Gals with Gorgeous Blogs section ->
If you could send some good wishes Sams way we would really appreciate it. Its always scary to have your child in hospital for surgery.

On a brighter note i made these yummy cuppies for my nieces 18th on the weekend. It was nice to make some real ones for a change! Sam was the most excited i think, as he is so used to Mummy's pretend cupcakes :) So it was a real treat to actually get some we could eat! And let me just say one thing........YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Well this is me signing off for a little while. Hope to chat to ya'll when we return :)

Be good :)

Yep, and Nanny will probably be trying not to be a blubbering mess too, because someone has to hold the fort-lol. Sam will be fine, just like old Chloe. If anyone needs an update, I WILL update my blog. Love you, Sammy ammy.

Shann, I will keep him in my prayers, and you too, its never fun to see your child have surgery. He's adorable :) Take care of yourself, and it will be OK. My oldest had surgery when he was just over 2, and when he woke in recovery, he yanked open another patient's curtain, and yelled "He stole my puzzle!"

We totally laugh about it now ;)

Your real ones look yummy too!

All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

My two little guys had to have surgery (same day) and I was amazed at how quick those kiddos had healed and wanted to get back to playing ASAP! Others had told me about children's resilience post-op, but I didn't believe it would be that fast...

So here's to a quick recovery!
