I can see clearly now the rain is gone....

Yep, this morning we woke up to sunshine! At last ! We've had so much rain, so many cold days...i was starting to get webbed feet....

So off we go today into the garden to soak up the glorious sunshine (we slip slop slap first of course...dont want any sunburn, thats a definate NO NO in this house ).

Hows this for a beautiful sky....

Even Logan is soaking up the sun....

Love this spot in my front yard...i love scattering the fallen rose petals everywhere..they look so pretty (even on top of cats..LOL).

After the rain the roses are glad to see the sun too...

And of course i had to cut a few littlies for inside....i placed them beside the photo of my sweet friend Sharyn who passed away..i hope she can smell them :)

So what are you doing this weekend? I hope you have a gorgeous and safe one whatever you do ....

Lotsa Pink Kisses

Shann xo

Hi Shannon,

Love how you are posting your photos here, they look so pretty. I like your white bench in your front yard. And I also love your new banner. Your little kitty looks so comfy there.

Lovely post , lovely roses, lovely rose petals even on your cat :) I love your white park bench too.
Isn't it great when the rain stops? We are just starting into Spring here in Southern Ontario, Canada, and things are only just starting to sprout, so this weekend I am gardening, hubby power washed the deck after a long dirty winter, and I am hoping to go to a flea market tomorrow :)
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Shannon, you are always so upbeat and funny :) The rose petals on the kitty made me chuckle. By the way..I did not get the email that had your answers :( Oh well at least you know you got them right. I may do that game in the future. I had fun trying to come up with pics.
Enjoy your weekend and I hope the sun stays out for you. It was 89 degrees at my place today!

Hi Shann,

I always miss you when you don't post but I know you are extremely busy. What pretty flowers and I love that cute little bench. How sweet to pay Sharyn such a pretty tribute. I know you miss her sweetie. How is her family doing? Someday when you feel like it, maybe you can tell us more about her.

Hugs,
LeAnn :)

Hi Shann,
Why is it when it does finally rain we end up with sooo much that most of it just runs down the drain anyway. Looks like you are having some lovely weather down there now, I hope your rain is on it's way up here, I've been really busy replanting my vegie garden and could do with a bit of rain. Thank you sooo much for the cupcakes they arrived on Thursday and they are sooo super cute, look even better then in the photos. Hope you have a wonderful week.
Cheers Linda
